As your dedicated travel agent, I provide personalized, stress-free planning tailored to your family's unique needs. My service fees reflect the time, expertise, and care invested in crafting your perfect vacation.

Tuesday to Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Feel free to reach out during these hours. Messages sent outside of these times will be responded to during the next available time.
Communication Guidelines
- Preferred Method: Email (responded to within 24 hours)
- Urgent Matters During Travel: Phone or text
Vacation Package Planning Fees
Custom Trip Planning Fees
Change Fee
Fee: $25 + HST per change request
Applies To: Name corrections, date changes, destination adjustments, traveler substitutions
Note: Supplier-imposed change fees may also apply. This fee is per change request and is non-refundable.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All service fees are non-refundable.
- Cancellation Fee: $200 + HST, plus any supplier-imposed cancellation fees
Group Booking Fees
Option 1 – Larger Groups
- Fee: $450 + HST
- Best for: 5+ rooms or more than 8 travelers, multiple gateways, varied needs
Option 2 – Simpler Groups
- Fee: $250 + HST
- Best for: 2–4 rooms or up to 8 travelers, same itinerary, one gateway
Additional Group Services
- Change Fee: from $25 + HST
- Cancellation Fee: from $50 + HST
- Some deposits include a service markup (e.g. $150 supplier deposit, $200 collected)
Payment Terms
- Method: Credit card only
- Timing: Full payment required before services, except hourly-based tasks
- Hourly Services: Payment due within 24 hours of completion
Limitations of Liability
While I strive to provide excellent service, I am not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party suppliers, such as:
- Flight schedule changes, delays, or cancellations
- Accommodation issues
- Attraction changes, park hours, or availability
- Weather-related disruptions or natural disasters
I will always do my best to assist with resolving issues but cannot be held liable for events beyond my control.
